joging la sangat..

perh pent petg td joging..
actually just slow jog
then walking je..kat taman
mariam..leh la kuar peluh sikit
dri xwat pape..tggu je bdn
makin naik..baik exercise..huhu
so today was my 1st day walked, jogging,
n diet for starting my aim to
become slimmer....hahah
so wish me istiqamah in my new aim..

fuh.. penat.. exercise la katekan
dgr lagu gee and wonder girls..
then menari bersame mereka..hahah
penat gak lah..
n boleh tahan kuar peluh...
tp xcukup nie.. petang nanti dlm kul 5
mau pergi joging..kat tepi
taman mariam... xde spe nk join coz sume
exam...sye pun exam tp xpela..xde mood lagi nk study..
hahah..tp dh wat sikit note2 yg nak hafal
coz tomorow kul3 ptg exam arab
tp..yg penting sekarang kene la sihat kan
untuk sihat sye menari sambil dgr lagu2 rancak..
dance wif me guls..hahah
thax to GEE n WONDER GIRLS...
song diorang leh wat sye menari untuk kurus kan badn
doakan sye berjaye ye..huhuhu
